A Taste of Anglia is committed to supporting the education of food provenance and the use of locally sourced products and ingredients. We want to encourage the young and not so young, to discover the fun that can be had in creating meals from scratch and the pride and sense of achievement to be felt in eating dishes you have created yourself. Some catering colleges and independent cookery schools have chosen to become members. Click here to see the Cookery Schools section under 'members' for details of their courses and activities. We are keen to offer our producer members the chance to get involved in food education projects. Please contact us if you would like us to facilitate introductions.
