Food safety, HACCP, Food Allergen management and health and safety training coupled with food hygiene consultancy services in the East of England
An appropriate qualification in Food Safety is a standard legal requirement for all who work in a food business, whether manufacturing, retail or catering. All food businesses are also required by law to have the correct safe practices and procedures in place and the management systems to support their operation such as HACCP.
At Jill Taylor Consulting we specialise in the provision of quality training leading to examination and CIEH accredited qualifications in all relevant Food Safety, Food Allergen Management and HACCP awards, from level 1 to 3, and for all sectors of the food industry.
In addition, we offer training and certification in the related areas of Healthier Foods and Special Diets, Health & Safety, Risk Assessment, Manual Handling and COSHH. We are also able to support our clients by offering First Aid training through partner businesses who meet our stringent quality requirements.
Training programmes typically range from half a day to three days, and can be bespoke and provided on-site at a client’s workplace, or by enrolment on one of the open courses listed on our website.
We also offer food safety audits including consultation and advice on which practices and procedures are appropriate for your business and how to implement the relevant food safety management systems to ensure you achieve the best inspection reports and Food Safety Ratings.
