We create the finest Hot Chocolate Melts to our own recipes in our comfortable cafe, as well as our own handmade luxury chocolates and Italian-style gelato ice cream. Specialist chocolatiers.

As a cafe owner we know that you are interested in quality - the best coffee, delicious food, handmade cakes and an establishment full of happy customers. Now you can take this one stage further with a real hot chocolate, made from premium single origin cocoa beans and yet stunningly simple to prepare.

The Marimba Hot Chocolate Melt is made from a whole 40g of flakes of real single-origin chocolate, just the same as our handmade chocolate bars.

The result is a richer, smoother and more indulgent hot chocolate experience, available in sophisticated white, comforting milk and punchy dark varieties.

Check our ever-growing list of cafes and coffee bars serving Hot Chocolate Melts from Scotland to Penzance and the Channel Islands, and from Dublin to Lowestoft.

Why the Melt is the world's best hot chocolate:
  • It is made from real chocolate, not cocoa powder.
  • The chocolate is top-quality, single origin.
  • It is created from flakes, to blend easily without overheating. The strengths and flavours have been carefully selected.
  • It is made from all natural ingredients.
  • We maintain quality by lovingly making every bag and bar in our own kitchens.
